The importance of a Pre Wedding styled photo shoot or a Lifestyle photo shoot are often over looked when it comes to booking someone for your wedding photography.
The aim of either of these shoots is not only the chance to capture you some fantastic images of yourselves at either the venue you are planning on getting married at, or even just somewhere local to you that provides a superb backdrop for the shoot. It’s also a chance for you to get to know me as your photographer, get used to being in front of the camera and it helps for you to get a good idea of basic posing tips for when it comes to your big day. It’s the little things like posing that can sometimes be massively overlooked and with little guidance from me, can make such a big difference on the day.
We can start the day by chatting about the whole wedding over coffee or tea and then talk about the actual pre wedding shoot, each shoot last for around a few hours and is aimed at being totally relaxed and fun. My aim is to put you at ease to reflect in your images whilst providing little hints and tips in posing when it comes to your wedding photos.
Now we all know that the weather on your pre wedding shoot might not be the same as the day of your wedding, but the basic principles will still apply.
After the pre wedding or lifestyle shoot if over, I will ensure all the final edited images are provided to you on either usb or disk. These images will then compliment your wedding day, and many of my couples have used their images on their wedding days in the form of signing boards, table decorations and invitation cards. It fills me with pride when you do get to see your images at the same clients wedding day. But these images are for you to keep and use as you wish and are in Hi Resolution format, so you can print and add them to Facebook to show your friends.
So if your are about to book me for your wedding day, why not take the times to consider booking in for a pre wedding shoot also and lets go have some fun and capture you some images to last a lifetime.
Portrait photo shoots are designed to be fun, stylish and all about you!
Therefore each photo shoot is unique to you and to the style you want to achieve, so the planning for each location portrait shoot is designed to give you the best looking styled images possible.
We will spend the time leading up to the shoot, planing and preparing locations to visit, clothes/styling for the shoot, times and by using a secret Pinterest board to help design the feel of the shoot.
The day of the shoot, will start over coffee to finalise the shoot style/direction and then we will spend up to 3 hours shooting in some varied/interesting urban landscapes, changing outfits throughout the day to give you the final look and feel to your images.
